Location: Detroit Lakes or Perham
Stating Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Green’s Plumbing / Esser Plumbing & Heating is looking for motivated individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career. We provide hands-on training, mentorship from experienced plumbers, and support toward becoming a licensed plumber. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, we want to talk with you.

This job operates out of the Detroit Lakes/Perham area.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Learn troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Work on residential and commercial projects
  • Use hand and power tools safely
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Provide great customer service
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform physical work and lift equipment
  • Comfortable working with tools and in different environments
Helpful Experience (Not Required)
Experience in construction, remodeling, farming/agriculture, automotive/mechanical work, maintenance, manufacturing or other hands-on trades is a plus!
