Pay:
$28.00 - $37.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:
Monday through Thursday (some Fridays when needed)

We’re looking for a Journeyman HVAC Installer who can help lead installations and keep projects moving while being part of a positive, hardworking, and genuinely fun team environment.

This role focuses primarily on residential installations with some light commercial work.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead high-quality HVAC system installations
  • Install furnaces, condensers, split systems, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, IAQ products, and smart home devices
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems perform properly
  • Work with contractors and team members to complete projects on time
  • Maintain records of work performed and parts used
  • May mentor and guide apprentices or junior technicians
  • Educate customers on system operation and maintenance
  • Follow all safety and industry compliance standards
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
  • 4+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
  • Ability to install residential HVAC systems from start to finish
  • Ability to read basic installation layouts or blueprints
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in confined spaces
  • Strong work ethic and team mindset
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
  • HVAC Journeyman certification or license
  • Experience installing ductwork and IAQ products
  • Experience with smart thermostats or home automation systems
  • Experience mentoring apprentices
  • EPA certification
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.; work in tight or awkward spaces; ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods; work in environments with varying temperatures depending on the season.
