Location: Perham, MN
Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and/or qualifications)
Schedule: Seasonal (April to November), Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM start
Status: Status: Full-Time | Seasonal with Full Benefits (year round)

Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on, outdoor role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). Work is performed in a variety of weather conditions using tools and equipment typical for installation work.

- Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, move, and work with tools throughout the day
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in irrigation, construction, or plumbing is a plus—but it’s not required
