Pay Range: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on years/depth of experience
Aire Serv / Esser Plumbing and Heating, Inc. is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions.
This position can be based out of either our Detroit Lakes or Perham location.
Job Tasks:
Minimum Required Skills and Experience:
Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Work is performed in various environments and includes exposure to hot and cold temperatures depending on job location and season; must be able to lift heavy materials and tools up to 60 lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching and standing for extended periods.

- Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and fix the issue correctly
- Help customers understand additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans
- Provide the highest-quality service, maintenance, and overall customer care to our clients
Minimum Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in residential HVAC
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
- Professional appearance and personality
- Team player with a strong work ethic
