Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
About the Role
The Inventory / Warehouse Stocking & Parts Runner supports HVAC operations at our Fargo location by keeping inventory organized and delivering parts and ductwork to job sites and company locations. This role is a mix of warehouse work and local driving and plays a key role in keeping field crews productive.

What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and stock HVAC parts, tools, and materials
- Keep inventory organized, labeled, and easy to access
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs
- Assist with inventory counts and audits
- Deliver parts, tools, supplies, and ductwork to job sites
- Offload materials independently at job sites
- Communicate with field teams to confirm deliveries
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized
- Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and storage areas
- Dependable and organized with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn HVAC parts and materials
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Ability to safely operate a company or personal vehicle
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in warehouse and job-site environments (noise, dust, temperature changes)
